David Bingei | Fidelitas Advisors

Far from an academician, David Bingei is a true practitioner with decades of experience in some of Indonesia’s largest corporations. He is widely recognized for his ability to implement strategic decisions critical to long-term business growth and has advised mid-sized to large enterprises in navigating complex challenges related to corporate governance, succession planning, and business transformation. In 2003, he founded Fidelitas Advisors Group, an investment banking and family business consulting firm committed to helping Indonesian companies achieve sustainable growth, professionalize governance structures, and manage leadership transitions across generations.
A graduate from the London Business School, David Bingei brings a strategic and grounded perspective to business. His early accomplishments in advising medium to large enterprises during his tenure at multinational banks laid the foundation for the establishment of Fidelitas Advisors Group in 2003.
With an extensive track record, his work encompasses a variety of mandates across medium-sized to even Fortune 500 companies, advising clients in family & business governance, transitions to second generation, enterprise controls, sustainability, reorganisation, turnaround and coordination of strategic corporate transformations such as mergers, de-mergers, and holding company formations. David also oversaw the enterprise’s Office of Internal Audit, which managed 400 inspectors across the entire conglomeration.
David has a long-standing commitment to leadership development and sustainable business practices in Indonesia. In 2014, he founded Fidelitas Institute, a CISI UK-accredited research and executive education institution. He actively teaches a range of topics including Project Investment, Corporate Strategy, Change Management, and Corporate Development. In addition, he delivers specialized content tailored to family business needs such as Family Governance, Succession and Continuity Planning, and the Consolidation of Intergenerational Values and Vision.Grounded in both practice and research, David is committed to shaping next-generation leaders and building resilient family enterprises.
